INTAKE OF PROTEIN A DAY. FITNESS TRAINER



How to calculate protein intake day!!
Basically that is depends their body weight
1 gram of protein = 1 kilogram of body weight


There are two Nature of workout 

1) High Intensity Workout (HIW)
    


 


2) Low Intensity Workout (LIW)




EXAMPLE:-

(HIW)  1 kilogram of body weight = 2 gram of protein
(LIW)  1 kilogram of body weight = 1 gram of protein
