How to make your Diet plan in a day

I know you people don't know how to maintenance diet Plan your regular should 

 
Proper meal plan a day

Morning 
1st meal - 7:00 to 7:30am 
Mid meal
2nd meal -10:00 to 10:30am 
Lunch  
3rd meal - 1:30 to 2:00pm
Evening 
4th meal -5:00 to 5:30pm
Dinner 
5th meal - 8:00 to 8:30pm

Timing is very important to set your Metabolism.
